    Engage with industry partners through college and campus sponsored events and/or in collaboration with OCR staff. Build and maintain productive relationships with industry partners, corporate contacts, and alumni, collaborating with the GCOE Office of Corporate Relations (OCR) and corporate relations staff across the campus and college as appropriate.Collect and utilize qualitative and quantitative data related ENG 572 and 573 to inform practice. Serve as a primary resource for departments and independent research units regarding campus and college policies and processes related to experiential learning courses. Provide general support and guidance to departments seeking to enhance the number and/or variety of industry-sponsored capstone projects in relevant and emerging industries. Professional Practicum, working closely with graduate programs staff, faculty, students, and industry sponsors. Coordinate communication around industry-sponsored, experiential learning courses with multiple stakeholders within the Grainger College of Engineering (GCOE) and within academic departments, including professional master’s programs, corporate relations, advancement, and marketing and communications.ĭevelop, maintain, and implement best practices and procedures for ENG 573:.The coordinator works closely and collaboratively with colleagues within Engineering Administration and across the College’s academic departments and independent research units, as well as with other campus units and external partners, including corporate relations, industry partners, career services, the Discovery Partners Institute (DPI), and Research Park. The coordinator develops, maintains, and implements procedures and best practices related to experiential learning courses available to students in Master of Engineering (MEng) and other professional master’s programs, leads and facilitates ENG 591 PRO: Professional Seminar Series, and connects with on-campus colleagues and external partners to expand, promote, and enhance opportunities for Grainger Engineering graduate students to develop professional skills and connections.
